Behaviour is defined as what we say or do, and people do what they do because of what happens to them when they do it (consequences). We help leaders understand the impact of well-timed prompts and consequences on business results and show them how to create an environment that makes it more likely they will influence the right behaviours to achieve their desired results.
We start by training them in the basics of the science and then help them to understand the impact their behaviour has on others, coaching them to form healthy leadership habits which will shape their culture, one behaviour at a time.
